Chocolate Ready Brek!
One of the issues with having milk, egg and soya intolerances is making sure we keep up with the vitamins and minerals that they should have including things such as calcium.
Ready brek is fortified with all sorts of minerals and is really good at helping to substitute for some of these vitamins and minerals.
Ready Brek is tasty but chocolate Ready Brek is even tastier so if your little one doesn't want to eat the standard Ready Brek then another way is with the chocolate version HOWEVER it contains Milk and Soya so instead you can use.....
20g of Original Ready Brek or Tesco Super Smooth Porridge - literally the same thing
120ml of Oat Milk
1 teaspoon of Cacao Powder
1-2 teaspoons of golden syrup
Mix this all together and put it in the microwave for 40 secs, stir, then another 40 secs.
Make sure you leave it to cool or blow on it to cool it.
And there you have it, dairy and soya free chocolate ready brek!
