Top Tip: Oat Milk Organic vs Non Organic

Oat Milk Organic vs Non Organic

So we use Oatly Oat Drink (its called drink not milk for some reason) , it seems to work better for us as a substitute for milk!

One of the other benefits to using Oatly is that its fortified with Vitamin D, Riboflavin, Vitamin B12 and Calcium which your LO might not be getting as much of if you're milk free but Oatly Organic doesn't have any of these. We instinctively bought the organic for a while and then realised. Presumably they can't call it organic if it has had stuff added to it!
